The Story

I was going to be a teacher and a coach.

But while pursuing my master's degree at South Dakota State University, my mentor, Jack Ewing, PhD, offered me the opportunity to work with a wellness program that the university was starting with a local medical clinic.

During my eight years as director of the wellness program, my eyes were opened and my heart was broken witnessing the pain of wrecked relationships, ruined marriages, broken families, stress-out CEO's, self-sabotaging lifestyles, and the unmet aspirations of the people I worked with who were in the program.

Desiring to do more, I enrolled in a behavioral-based doctoral program at Arizona State University. The quest I was on was to learn more about what makes people tick, and how I could more effectively help people get unstuck and unleash the potential that lies within.

Since then I've not only identified what makes people tick, but why they get stuck, and how to help them get past the hurts, hangups, and habits that prevent them from doing the work and living the life they were designed to live.

I help people think better so they rewire their brain and get consistently better results in the key areas of their life...physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, and relationally.  

I am a teacher and a coach.
